This visualization is intended to be used first thing in the morning, before you start your day. Your mind doesn’t know the difference between what is real and what’s imagined, so when you visualize your most healed day, your brain starts changing, before it's actually happened.

Hello and welcome to this morning meditation.

We are going to be working through a visualization today to help you create a day that

is full of ease within the body.

If you can, take a seat somewhere comfortable with your eyes closed.

Remember that visualization is a powerful way to train your mind to see through the lens

of your desires.

Our mind doesn't know the difference between what is imagined and what is real. So if you

are imagining yourself, living your fully healed life, then you are experiencing it as though it is

already yours. I want you to take a few deep breaths here into the diaphragm. You can go ahead and put your hand on your

stomach. Make sure you feel your stomach expanding and contracting as you breathe deep. I want you to visualize

yourself walking through the morning with a body that feels comfortable and

almost weightless. Feel your feet as they walk from the bed

to the bathroom, to the kitchen, or wherever you might be going. Feel them walk forward with

complete ease.

Feel your heartbeat slowly and consistently.
