0:11.2	it's a lovely hot day and there is a forest fire smoke all throughout the
0:20.3	atmosphere. I can stare straight at the sun and I thought my neighborhood was on fire, but it's just a big giant wildfire out west as per usual drifting across the country.
0:33.7	What can you do but keeping hope as you'll hear.
0:38.2	How are you doing folks?
0:39.4	I hope you're doing well.
0:41.5	A lot to, you know, a lot of stuff going on we got some variants are you worried about COVID I feel pretty good I got the modern up my ass and I don't know I'm not too worried about it but LA I guess has masks or whatever it's a bummer but what can we control what can you control when you're suffering?
1:03.7	Ask yourself, what am I trying to control right now?
1:07.3	And for me, the last few days, what I've been trying to control,
1:10.6	the atmosphere, knowing when I'm gonna to die, what the future is going to be like, things that I can't control.
1:18.0	And that causes suffering. So let go of it, folks. That's what I'm here to tell you. That's what I think. I'm coming out of it a little bit, feeling a little bit better. A lot of wonderful words about this podcast, as we'll talk about, today's guest is my dear friend, Isabel Hagen. She was on about a year ago, I guess a little over a year ago. It must have been June of last year.

2:07.7	She's great. You should know her and we're sort of anxiety buddies, very similar anxieties, O. C. D, things like that.
