So I feel like managing stress at work is one of those where it will never be ticked off the to-do list.

art and her her perspective was you can make everything work you just can't make everything work

in the same moment and I thought that was actually a really smart way to think about it so she sort of said

look I accept that sometimes I'm fully in work and that does mean I have to make compromises elsewhere.

And then when I'm there, I'm very present and I want to be really in and kind of enjoying it.

And then I will at other times prioritize my family or making sure I'm doing exercise or those other things.

And her thing was very kind of pragmatic.

She was like in the round, as in within a week, within a month,

that you're making everything work, rather than worrying about every single day. I quite liked that.

I sort of found that quite inspiring because I feel that that's more realistic maybe.
