Summary

Your holiday sales can become your year-round baseline. Here’s how. In this episode, I share exactly how to turn your Black Friday and Cyber Monday momentum into consistent, year-round sales, without adding endless new products or starting from scratch. You’ll learn how to identify and double down on your true best sellers, refine winning offers for January and beyond, and build a simple weekly sales rhythm across the channels that are already working. I’ll also show you how to read your real-time customer data (carts, bundles, clicks) and use “other people’s audiences” to keep fresh buyers discovering your brand. Walk away with a 3-step action plan you can implement in 10–30 minutes a day.

In This Episode, You’ll Learn:

00:00 Why Q4 momentum dies, and how to keep sales moving after the holidays.

02:00 The “other people’s audiences” play that jump-started my first big season.

04:00 The post-holiday fear: will orders crash? (and what to do about it.)

07:10 Stop chasing algorithms: why “new SKUs daily” kills profit and focus.

09:00 What data to track so you can stop guessing what's working and what to change.

10:15 The student who scaled one winning style to 7 figures.

12:15 Repeat what works, refine what’s ready, retire what’s not aligned.

13:30 How to identify what needs to be fixed and what to double down on.

15:00 What to do if markets slow down.

I remember my very first holiday season with my product business Cuffs Couture. And it was sort of that August, September time when I decided I was going to launch my website. I was going to get my e-commerce website up. I'm going to get it in time for the fourth quarter. And that way, when the holiday season comes around, everybody's going to be there and ready to buy. And that just wasn't the

0:21.5

case, right? I launched it. You might have heard the story before. I've launched it and crickets.

0:26.8

Nobody knew that I existed. Nobody knew that the website was there. But the coolest thing that happened

0:32.0

when I really started implementing all the things I teach you on the show and in my programs is this idea

0:38.8

of other people's audiences. How do I get in front of other people's eyeballs, right? Like,

0:43.2

where I don't have to create my own customer list and create my own audiences. And so what happened

0:48.2

for me in that season was we ended up in a magazine, actually in multiple magazines. We ended up in Touch magazine. We had

0:57.0

a half a page feature of the business and sales started to roll in. And it was so busy during

1:03.8

the holiday season that I remember my husband who was my boyfriend at the time. I was like, hey,

1:08.0

we've got to pack the car full of all of our stuff and drive it up

1:12.5

to Sacramento from L.A. because I get to make these cuffs in real life as I'm getting these orders

1:17.8

in. I'm going to bring all my packing supplies and ship them from the local UPS shop in the middle

1:23.4

of like farmland. This is my plan. So it was so, so exciting and so thrilling. But also, I was selling so fast. I was selling out of my product and I had this like pit in my stomach that the concept was like, what's going to happen after the holidays, right? Not even the concept, this idea of what's going to happen after the holidays. Is it just going to go radio silent? Am I going to be able to keep this

1:44.4

thing going to go? Are people even going to buy it when we're not in the season anymore of

1:48.1

holidays and gifting or or even having this magazine article come out? And that is what I want to

1:55.2

dig into today. This idea of, okay, when you hit success or we come out of a really busy season, how do we

2:01.8

keep the ball rolling? How do we keep growing? How do we grow in seasons that maybe don't feel

2:07.1

as normal or natural or maybe it's not even normal or natural? It's this idea of growing in a season

2:14.6

that not everyone is busy buying and gifting and purchasing products.

2:20.2

But what I know to be true and what I've taught so many students over the years and so many of

2:24.9

one-on-one clients and what I implemented in my own business was creating sales every single

2:30.4

day of the year. Now, we know that we have high seasons and low seasons, but you get to have
