I've been suffering from this since 2008, and recently, with the coronavirus, this has

spiraled out of control.

I went to my doctor and she tried three different medications before one actually worked,

but then I stopped taking it because I noticed that something wasn't really a big deal,

but the medication like got me to notice it more and pay attention to it, and that just

made it worse.

So I quit that.

Is there any connection with food and what not to eat or drink?

Is PTSD the same as anxiety?

I also have a hard time shifting my focus from what I noticed to something positive and

forgetting about it.

I have been told by several of my family members that I am a negative person, like always have

to think of the worst case scenario immediately.
