helped me going into the new year. I feel like every time we enter a new year, I always feel like January

is a month where everybody's just trying to better themselves, right? Like, we're not trying to

become an entirely new person. Like we don't need to do the whole new year, new me. It's more like

new year better me, right? Like there's always things we can improve on as a human nobody's perfect right so there's

always little things that people can do to better themselves and i feel like 2024 is the year where

i'm really just trying to work on myself i'm really just trying to improve on you know some things that

i personally think could be bad habits or things that i'm really just trying to prioritize this year and just be better at. You know what I mean? I feel like everybody is in that

era right now. So I look back at myself back in 2023 January. I literally had the worst January last

year. Like I don't know why it was so bad like I was seeing a therapist. It was just

really, really bad seasonal depression. I've opened up about that and how I feel going into the

winter season. But there's been something really different this January. I feel like I've had

such a better mindset and so much energy. And I truly believe that, I don't know, I feel like something just

has been different this year versus last year. Like I can honestly say like I am not struggling
