I want to talk about manifesting today

What do you think about manifesting? How do you feel about manifesting?

Do you feel like your life is just kind of happening to you?

Like do you feel like the little teeny boat and do you feel like your life is the tsunami that's just knocking you around that

you're just holding on for dear life or do you feel like you are the tsunami

and like you are happening to your life. We hear so much about

manifesting ever since the secret came out right ever since the secret was

around which I have to say personally,

completely changed my life. Now that sounds crazy, it seems like, wow, isn't that some weird pop culture thing that

didn't mean anything? No. for me it meant everything because I

finally understood the laws of attraction and how I was sort of always using them

in my life but now I started learning the tools to really use them

with intention. And for me that changed. I always believed in the power of visualization

and positive thoughts.

Also problem solving, obviously I'm a psychotherapist,

so I'm not talking about being in denial

...
