Hello, this is Paul McKenna, and welcome to the positivity podcast.

My objective is to interview the most interesting people in the world,

and in the next 30 minutes, get insights and even discover how it is that they do what they do,

what makes them unique and fascinating, their success mindset,

and certainly what keeps them positive.

My guest today is an actor. He's best known as one of the stars of the BAFTA award-winning comedy,

The In Between Us. I'm talking today with Blake Harrison.

Going to bed on time and getting a good night's sleep is a huge factor, I think, in my own

mental health. I want to be the best actor that I can be. I want to prove that I can do a variety

of roles and genre and different things. And I think one of the things about that that's a

positive and a negative, it's kind of an unachievable goal in a lot of

ways. You can worry about so many things and majority of things you worry about haven't come into

existence yet. They're not actually happening. And if they do happen, they're probably never going to be

as bad as what you think they are. Just go for it. Put yourself out there, try. You might not

succeed, but I think you're going to regret more the things

you didn't try than the things you did do.
