So I get asked all the time, you know, should I pull out money of my home?

Should I use cash to invest in real estate?

Should I get a hard money loan?

Should I take a home equity line of credit out

on the property that I currently live in to buy real estate?

All good questions and all legitimate ways of investing in real estate. But tonight I want to talk about two specific ways that I think in 2021 are proving to be a really solid place and a solid play for you to be investing in real estate with.

Forgive the preposition at the end of a sentence here. It's been a long day.

So let's talk about strategy number one to invest in real estate.

I'm, you know, a funny story for me, I used to, back when I started real estate investing,

I was a big proponent of, well at the time it was both me

being a proponent of it and it was also because of the market situation you know you

really had to kind of come to the table with cash you had to come to the table to be able to pick up some of these foreclosures and short
