Welcome back to the Primal Potential podcast.

I am Elizabeth Benton.

And today I am sharing with you my own personal business coach.

Not to coach you in business.

That's what he does with me, for me alongside me.

The reason I wanted to have my business coach on the podcast is because through working

with him for over a year now, it has become so obvious that much of what he does is

for people in business directly applies to everyone in life.

What I mean is the things that we have to do in business to go to the next level directly

apply to things we can do in our personal lives or any area of our lives, absolutely any

area, to go to the next level.

I texted him the other day and I said, hey, would you be willing to come on the podcast?

I have recognized just the depth of crossover that there is between the work we do in business

and the struggles that I see people having when it comes to taking action in their own

lives.
