Summary

Ask Paul Tripp is a semi-weekly podcast resource from Paul Tripp Ministries. Each week, pastor and best-selling author Dr. Paul David Tripp answers your questions about anything and everything, connecting the transforming power of Jesus Christ to everyday life in the process.

In this episode, Paul answers this question we received from Anna about suffering: “Who causes our suffering- God or Satan? I’m very conflicted. I spoke up in a small group a few weeks ago that I believed our hardships are caused by God based on your podcasts, and several people were in disagreement, saying they didn’t think our loving God is responsible for our difficulties. I would be very grateful for your insight on this."

If you have a question you'd like to ask Paul, you can email [email protected] or submit it online at PaulTripp.com/Ask.

1:40.1

God has chosen our address to be a world that is groaning waiting for redemption.

1:48.8

So the Apostle Paul speaks of suffering as a universal human experience.

1:58.6

And that means if you're not suffering now, you will someday. And if you're not suffering now,
