I'm going to give you Trevor Hogan and Trevor is going to be known to many of you and is not going to be known to others.

1:06.3

But basically, let me just give the kind of the rundown. We interviewed Trevor about sort of in episode one of this series about his

1:16.3

faith journey about his mission in Latin America, about his temple marriage, about his second temple marriage, and about his

1:28.3

faith crisis and all of that. And we did all that in episode one. And then in episode one, we talked about how we were going to be releasing in episode two, an audio recording of an

1:42.3

interview that Trevor had with his former mission president who became a general authority, Don Clark, and Matthew, Jay Grow, who is in the

1:54.3

Columbia Stratister Department. So that was what we had planned. We went ahead and released the audio recording from that meeting. And then we did a couple hours of analysis with Lindsey Hansen

2:07.3

Park John Hamer and Glenn Oslin. And we released it all. And those of you who have already listened to all that, please don't feel like we're expecting you to tune in and listen to more.

2:20.3

But we decided after about a day of having released that in Trevor, we can talk about this. But basically we decided to take it all down. And we reconsidered the effectiveness of sharing an audio recording that was made in private.

2:41.3

And so, so that's true. However, Trevor still, and I still felt like Trevor's story deserved to be told. And so we weren't comfortable just sort of scrapping the whole project. And so what we've decided to do is to go ahead and have a conversation between me and Trevor, where we talk about that meeting that he had with Elder Clark and with Matthew Grow, but not to release the audio from it.

3:10.3

It's just sort of a practical pragmatic. And in some cases, ethical decision that we made. And so that's what we're going to do over the next hour or two. We are going to have Trevor tell the story of the meeting that he had in March 2017 with Elder Gro, sorry, Elder Clark and Matt grow.

3:33.3

And we're going to have Trevor tell the story all help him. And then we're going to analyze those responses. And we're going to release this as as an episode of more stories so that Trevor story gets told. So with all that disclaimer, Trevor Hogan welcome to welcome back to more stories by cast.

3:51.3

Hey, John. Thanks for having me. This is like take two.

3:56.3

Yeah.

3:59.3

And we're doing the recording live on Facebook live, not because we expect more people to tune in. Again, if you've already checked all this out, and you don't feel like you want to listen to it, please don't.
