It's not enough to always just be conservative. You have to be wise. So prudence is the technical scientific word.

Prudent person knows now's the time to be cheap, now's the time to shell out money.

As the old saying goes, you got to know when to hold them and you got to know when to fold them.

The Turkish billionaire always holds them.

Truly, when you look at how the rich get richer, every single one of

them. I don't care. Even that example we gave earlier of that person just always holding on to that

money, you need to take risk. There's a saying in sales, if you got a sales guy, give him a Ferrari

and then say every month you don't hit your numbers, I'll take the Ferrari away.

So with that Yelp guy, what Yelp would do to be smart is give you a credit.

We have a large staff, we have a lot of just activity, a lot of meetings.

And then the last thing, we're just an honest firm.

And that's part of being feel-only.
