I'm a host on the Long Crime Network. I'm an attorney. I do a bunch of different things, but now I get the opportunity to talk with all of you today.

Now, Rob Astorino is running for governor in New York on the Republican ticket. Give you a sense of that. We haven't had a Republican governor in New York since 2006 with Pataki. So I'm very curious to see how he's going to be planning to win that. Also, our good friend Joe Concha will be with us later on in the program. I love Joe. He always gives such great insight into all of the political craziness of the day. Now, like I said, feel free to call in. We have a lot to get to.

Alvin Bragg, with all the wonderful things he's doing, crime steadily on the rise, basically a

crime free-for-all. It amazes me that this Manhattan DA hasn't even been in the office a full

month, and there are already calls to throw him out now we know this he's not

prosecuting certain crimes anymore he's downgrading felonies to misdemeanors but it has gotten so bad

it has gotten so bad under his leadership that prosecutors are quitting Jonah lucy orborn this is

somebody who left the manhattan d a office. This was announced over the weekend.

She was the prosecutor that put Harvey Weinstein away. Now, I want to tell you, I covered Harvey Weinstein's trial.

I reported on it. I was in that courthouse every day. I watched her. She was amazing.

So the fact that you have this high level of a prosecutor who's leaving, that is not a good sign for Alvin Breg. It just seems that he's trying to put into his office all of these younger, progressive people. And you have family members of victims of very serious crimes who are worried right now.
