Hello, everyone, and welcome back to the podcast.

Today, I want to talk about energy work versus physical healing because I feel like I'm seeing a lot of stuff on social media pitting them against each other

and I really want to talk about the intersection of both and how they both come into play.

Before we jump into it, I'm obviously getting back into some solo episodes. So I'm really excited to be doing some more solos, popping in

some shorter episodes. Let me know if you enjoy these. We've been getting a lot of requests for

more solo episodes and I have a lot of inspiration. So I'm excited to be doing these,

going to start to do those in a little shorter episodes I think bite size episodes are a

little bit easier for us to drop into.

So let me jump into this intersection between physical healing and energy healing.

Obviously, I am an energy

healer. I love energy work. And I view the world in a different way because I'm a clear

buoyant. So I see energy. I see energy fields. And I see this as added information, just more data for us

to go off of to help us heal ourselves to help us clear out blocks. I'm not somebody who thinks

that other modalities or other ways of looking at things is wrong or incorrect. I really believe

in a holistic way of moving through the world and approaching solutions. I think there's the
