Hello, friend. I just love the question that I'm discussing in today's episode because, as most of you know,

I am just anxious by nature and I find myself asking the, is this bad question for so many things,

And you're worried about maybe how they're going to perceive this, if it's setting them up to be more picky or have a negative

What do I want you to keep in mind here?

1:51.1

Number one is setting an example for foods that you want them to eat.

1:56.6

So I'm not specifically talking about the example that this question asked of like the pancakes versus she makes herself avocado toast.

2:04.5

But if there are foods, especially like vegetables and other dinner foods that you want your kids to eat.

2:13.6

Like sometimes people will tell me, I really want my kid to eat more vegetables, but I don't eat

2:20.2

many myself. So it's a little bit harder to get them on the vegetable train when you are not

2:28.2

riding it yourself. So I do like to say, even if it means you are trying something new and you're a little bit

2:35.2

out of your comfort zone, you still want to set an example in that way for them to see like,
