Hello, this is an announcement today and it's a big change. So I wanted to let you guys know what's going on.

We are going to be taking a pause on the podcast. Just going to come right out and say it. So I have recorded

a lot of episodes and it's been so great. They have all been in my closet first at my old house

and now at my new house. This is my little podcasting studio. We've had lots of amazing guests on and a lot of heart to hearts with me just cheering you on and giving you all the nutrition tips and knowledge and hacks and all of that.

But it's time for a little bit of a change.

You know, I am mom-nose nutrition.

Like, I am the company.

I do have some amazing support with me, but in terms of all the content creation,

that is all me.

And y'all, it is a lot.

Some of my friends call me like the content machine because i just am creating so much all the time and i love it i truly do i wouldn't be able to

do all of this if it wasn't something that brought me great joy in doing but i need to my focus. I want to shift my focus to some other

areas of mama knows nutrition. And so what that means is these episodes will all still be

available. I think it's an amazing audio library here. And whenever there's a topic that you're

struggling with or want to hear about

or a guest you want to hear from like it's all still here in the podcast library for you and

we have so much on mama knows nutrition.com like everything everything for feeding your kid recipes that are kid friendly, picky eater friendly.

It's all there.

And the website is where I can truly serve you the best.

So I'm going to be putting more of my time and effort into the website since there is only one of me. And that means that the podcast

has to take a back seat for now. So I don't know that it will be gone forever, but definitely

for at least the next couple months while I focus on other things. And that also includes my family. You know, it's interesting.
