obviously you need it, Loll, thanks for the wonderful insight. Often, breathwork does make you feel

emotional and I will reiterate Wim's what would you call it a disclaimer and caution that don't do

that when you're in a vulnerable position, like driving or in water or something like that because

it's dangerous. But it's good, isn't it? It processes emotion like that, that you access aspects of

your consciousness, nervous system, call it what you will that need to be metabolised, changed,
