Hello everybody. And this is episode 71 of our Squiggly Careers podcast, which is focused all about the

ins and outs of how to develop the skills to succeed, whatever success means to you, in a squiggly career.

Whether that's interview skills, discovering your values, or asking for a pay rise, managing stress at work, all things

that I think we all have to do at some point in our careers these days. Some of them are more

fun than others, but we will help you with all of it regardless. Yeah, actually today's not a super

fun topic, is it? But we'll come on to that in a minute.
