1:00 - How to transition from macro tracking to intuitive eating? I heard you talk about it before and can’t find where. Where one way was to track for a week and then not track for a week something like that.. where you kinda wean yourself off.

9:13 - How effective are strength circuits?

22:35 - To what degree is high protein “too much” or dangerous? For example, if you’re over eating a few days a week on just protein and end up near 1.8g/LB of protein that day. Just curious about your opinion on the affects long term!

Where one way was to track for a week and then not track for a week, something like that,

0:57.8

where you kind of wean yourself off.

0:59.8

Could you please explain more?

1:32.7

It's education for sustainability.

1:35.0

And I wanted to bring that up only because I think intuitive eating is like it's what people

1:42.1

wish they could do.

1:44.7

I mean, really, like, it wouldn't it be nice if we could just eat intuitively and be lean?
