Hello, Clayton, a long-time listener, first-time caller.

A plan is, the overall strategy and plan is to buy as many houses we can with a little bit of cash we have and the equity we have.

Generally is it better to buy a property with cash and then do a refi or a helock

opposed to buying the house with a mortgage and then running into, you know, the Freddie and Fannie limit of 10. So again, the plan is to buy as many houses as possible, and it's generally better to buy a property with cash and refy it, or buy the house with a mortgage from the beginning.
