It's what I was put on this planet to do was to help people look better and feel better about themselves.

So many of us grew up with insecurities about smiles, I think, from maybe bad pediatric dentistry or parents who didn't

give you orthodontics at the right time. Like, when is it that this problem culminates? Is it in

their 20s that people decide to take action or do people wait till they're 40, 50?

You know, what's interesting is my generation, if you were lucky when you were like in middle school or high school, you got braces,

right? And you'd get straight teeth. And most people will equate straight teeth with an attractive

smile. And, you know, there is an element of that. And one of the things I've learned over the

years is that straight teeth and beautiful teeth are not always

synonymous with one another. So a lot of the folks that I treat have perfectly straight teeth.
