We got a brand new speaker on the show today.

His name is Ryan Estes.

One of the major keys for building a successful business, but not just for business.

It's really a key to being a really good human being.

And he's talking about how do you choose to show up?

What attitude are you choosing to show up to life with?

I was at one of the office stores recently, and I was getting some highlighters,

because you can never have enough highlighters.

And the cashier didn't even acknowledge me really, just got myself and ran it through.

Didn't really look at me, was looking over my head, talking to somebody else,

just told me the total, and then just handed to me and I moved on with my day.

And that was whack.

I walked out of that store going, I didn't feel valued as a customer.

I didn't really feel like he really gave a whatever about me.

I just felt like he was just somewhere else.

He was there physically, but mentally, emotionally, enthusiastically,

he was just completely absent.
