I'm your host Sean Crox and a Sean Crox and we've got Steve Harvey back on the show for your motivation Monday.

And today Steve is talking about bad days.

We all have bad days.

I had a really bad day last weekend.

Saturday was just a bad day.

It was just one thing after another after another and it was just was not a good day.

And while I'm going through my bad day, I actually was in bad thinking about and reflecting on the way that I handled a bad day now versus the way that I would handle the bad day before I started studying this stuff.

And the way that I would have handled a bad day before is I would be so in the bad day, like so stuck in it, so immerse in it that I couldn't imagine not being in the bad day.

I couldn't imagine the bad day ever ending.

I thought that the next day will be just as bad and the next day will be just as bad.

And I do, but just turn into this loop of bad days that would never end.

And the difference is now reflecting on being in the bad dayness of the bad day was I can say to myself, hey number one, I can choose to shift my thoughts and get out of this bad day, but easier said than done.

Sometimes you just have in a bad day.

But the difference was, as I can say to myself, tomorrow is going to be better.

These emotions that I'm feeling right now, this pissed off fitness that I'm feeling right now, it's going to dissipate.

You know, these molecules of emotion that are circulating in my body, like they're going to dissipate.

And tomorrow I'm going to wake up with a different frame of mind.

And I'm just going to feel better and be able to move forward in the bad dayness of it all.

It's just going to stop. And I'm going to have a good day.
