The respect for God causes you to persevere in the face of those who don't respect him.

That's what the fear of God means.

That your reverence for God is such that even when God is being denigrated, you'll be his advocate.

That even when there's those that say, if you follow God, we will oppose you, we'll follow

God anyway.

If you'll allow me, at least as an observation, it's mine, you could disagree, but my observation

seems to be we have a greatly diminished respect for God in the midst of the people of God.

As I mentioned, we've had a conference the last few days on culture and Christianity.

Our conviction is that the church should shape culture.

And so we invited some friends from across the country to be a part of that.

We talked about Israel and Christian support for Israel and why we believe that's important.

You know, there are some heinous things being said about Israel and the Jewish people these days.

In the last couple of weeks, I've read that the Israelis were responsible for Jeffrey Epstein.

Wow.

That it was a plot by the Secret Service in Israel to blackmail global leaders.

...
