and then threw his hat into real estate investing

at 20 years old.

And since then, he's now done over $150 million

worth of real estate deals and transactions. And now he teaches other people how to do that as well.

So I want to hear, what have you been doing in the past few years?

I mean, we've been dealing with the

middle of this pandemic. We've been dealing with a lot of, you know, I want to hear

like what you've been up to over the past few years. We've been dealing with a lot of

ups and downs in the real estate world over the past

year it's been surprisingly good for for real estate investors and I keep seeing

these home values I keep seeing home prices.
