0:45 -Now I know this is far from optimal, but I often have to split up my workout into a couple parts because I have a toddler and a 4 month old so my workout time is almost always interrupted. Besides a workout just not being as effective, any other issues come to mind with breaking up a workout? Or should I just do what I can and call it a day once I’m called back to mom duties?
7:00 - I want to get freakishly strong but can only workout 4 days a week for about an hour. What training split would you suggest? Currently my trainer is having me do the typical bro split.
