Making true crime news this week was the death of Mary Kay Litterno aged 58, infamous child

sex abuser who wed her initially 12-year-old victim when he became of age.

She had taught him in second grade and during sixth grade art camp during the summer, the summer

she says they fell in love.

They had two children, the first fathered when he was 13 and she 34, prior to her arrest

for his rape. Their second child was conceived while the pair

was supposed to be apart, and defiance of the court orders sent her back to prison

for six years. They married when she was released in

2004 and they stayed married until 2019 giving interviews and not doing much to stay out of the spotlight in the intervening years.
