Well, hello there. Welcome back. Today's topic is a really good one and I know it's actually a very

confusing topic. I know because when I'm reading DMs or when I do a post on diastasis recti, I will get so many comments that are like,

I think I have a hernia, I think I have DR, or do I have neither of them and I just have a weak core and I realized this whole subject area is just a

blurry mess. There's no black and right, there's lots of gray in the middle and so I want to break it down today and try to make it easy for you to understand what is a hernia.

What is diastasis recti?

Because the truth is, after you have children, especially, I mean truly anybody, even before kids, like I can probably admit that even before I had the twins I was not engaging my court correctly which caused me more problems after the twins which is why I fell so heavily into this region because I didn't know.
