down these seven wide receivers that you should be trading for to improve your team and ultimately win your league. And let's start with Roma Dunesay because man, oh man, it was a frustrating day and I have Rone the Dunezay in multiple leagues that I really care about. I lost by seven points in one league where I had Roma Dunezay and you want to know why that's annoying because in a game, let's scroll up right here in a game that was 4742, the Bears won this

game. There was nearly

90 total points scored Roma Dunesai. Okay, let's say, how many yards did you have? How many yards? Let's see. Oh, Colson Llewlin had 118. Okay, breakout game. DJ Moore's a good receiver, 72. Omaneed Zach is 58. Wait the heck. 22 for the quarterback. The quarterback. Caleb Williams.

The Bears quarterback. The quarterback. Caleb Williams,

the Bears quarterback, had 22 receiving yards on two catches in this game. And Romadunesay is all the

way down here at zero catches for zero yards on three targets. He had two drops in this game. What a

frustrating day it was and it just creates the perfect buy low window for roma doonesa who has

been somewhat struggling the last few weeks because if you look at this the last couple of games

for roma doones a zero points this past week then he had his nice game of 114 yards how to bounce

back game of 18 fantasy points but before that five points five points was on a buy week during

that span as well so if you're talking about the last five weeks in terms of how relevant he's been in your fantasy lineups, he's only top five fantasy points. In the last five weeks, one time. That's very frustrating for a fantasy manager who has Roma Dunes in. But there is some context that needs to be added there. One game he had a touchdown called back when it shouldn't have been. Another game he had a deep ball overthrower where he could had a big play in his first four games of the year. He averaged 19.9 fantasy points per game. In his next four games of the year, just seven fantasy points per game. Now, maybe the real Roma Dunzei isn't 20 points per game as an elite top five receiver in fantasy. And it's probably not seven points per game as basically somebody who's on your venture on a waiver wire. It's probably somewhere in between at like 14 or 15 fantasy points per game, which makes him a very usable player. But right now, people, because the last four weeks he has only average seven points per game who have him on their teams, you could probably buy low on this guy, who I still consider one of the best fantasy wide receivers, especially if the bears are going to continue to put up points like they just did this past week. And let's be clear here. He's still the number one wide receiver on this team. Like DJ Moore had 72 receiving yards this past week. A lot of it came on one big receiving play. Okay, that's fine. That's just one play. Romadunze had many of those this year. Luther Burton was out this past week. He's clearly not going to be a big piece of this offense at least this year compared to Roma Dunezay. And Omedee Zaki has had a nice game this past week, only a slot wide receiver. So still the clear number one option on this team. When you look at what went wrong for Oman Doonesay this past week, I mean dropping two passes is going to be one thing like the offense and the play caller and the quarterback might not go to in key key situations if you just showed you're going to drop the ball twice. It was also just one game, a game in which the tight end broke out for 118 yards and two touchdowns, a game in which was super wacky. Like DJ Moore, not only did he have 72 yards, he had a rushing touchdown, and DJ Moore had a 17-yard touchdown throwing in this game. That's why Caleb Williams had two receptions for 22 yards. Like, it was a super weird game, not to mention, by the way, let's pull it up right here. Or actually, that 17 yards was his rushing touchdown. His receipt or his passing touchdown was just two yards, DJ Moore. Either way, this was also a game where Kyle Monongaya rookie had 176 rushing yards, so he took up a of production on the ground just a weird game. I don't think Roma Dunezay moving forward. He might not have another game this entire season or for the next two seasons where he has zero points, no catches, right? Which is exactly why he's a nice by low. Look at some of these trades that have happened literally today. As I'm recording this on Wednesday, this video will come out on Thursday. R.J. Harvey Dunesay. Give me a Dunezay. Rashid, I like that he's in Seattle now.

I think it gives him a lot more upside rest of season, reuniting with Kubiak, his offensive coordinator from the Saints last year. Still, give me Roma Dunezay. Justin Herbert, he's a number two quarterback and total fantasy points. Depends on your needs. I still prefer a Duzzi. I prefer

Dunezay over Kamara, over Quinshine Junkins, and that one's a little bit closer, over DJ

Moore, over Metcalf, over all these guys for the most part, go get Roma Dunezai. You could clearly buy him so cheap right now and it's great. I'm actually going to go send the trade right now for him in the flock league. Next up, let's stick in the wide receiver position of veteran here, the former first round pick from 2023 for the Baltimore, Ravens, and that is Zay Flowers because he just had,

I would say, like a quieter game in terms of, like, breakout wide receiver standpoint or, like, being a top 10 performer on the week, but it was a very good encouraging game since Lamar Jackson finally came back. And when you take into account his game script, like he had five catches, 64 yards, team in receiving in targets and receptions all that

and when you factor in that it was a 28 to 6 game right this game was pretty much over in the

third quarter when the ravens put up two more touchdowns and then in the entire second half

the dolphins did not score again and they basically just leaned on the running game lamar jackson

in his return only had 23 pass attempts in this game compared to the team running the ball 31 times. So Zay Flowers came out. He saw like a 25% target share. He had his most receiving yards in basically a month, 64 receiving yards. And he's now averaging over 70 receiving yards per game when Lamar Jackson is healthy this year and active. In fact, the first four games of the year before Lamar Jackson got injured and was done. Flowers was averaging 15 fantasy points per game on 76 receiving yards per game, seven targets per game. Everything looked really good. Since then, though, it's dropped off a little bit. Obviously, the receiving yards per game have dropped. The overall scoring from the offense has dropped. Like, without Lamar, they were only averaging like 10 points a week. Lamar comes back, they immediately put up 28 points.

Yeah, he's an MVP.

He's one of the best players in football.
