If you play fantasy football, this video is for you because week 10 of the NFL season is probably the best week to be trading in fantasy. And that's because you know exactly what you need for your team to get into the playoffs or maybe you're a top two team going to get a buy and you want to just put the cherry on top. So in this video, we'll be breaking down the seven running backs that you need to be acquiring right now in fantasy football to improve your team, get to the playoffs,

and win a fantasy championship. And we're going to start with sort of a mid-tier back in Jay Lamoran. At least I would assume most players in your league view him as a mid-tier back. But lately, especially over these past five to six games when he's been healthy, Jay Lamoran has been strong. He's been an awesome fantasy asset to have. Now this past week, you look at it, 16 carries, 31 yards is disgusting, not even 2 yards per carry, but he finds the end zone multiple times in this game as the Steelers upset the Colts. And more importantly, he sees 16 carries compared to Kenneth Gamowell seeing three and the rookie Caleb Johnson seeing just one. So he continued to command the backfield. He had two targets, two catches. He scored 16 fantasy points in this game and a victory for the Steelers. So very fantasy relevant day for Jay Lamorne. When teams were on by, he was the top 12 back last week. And as I kind of alluded to, like the most important thing about what we just saw this past week was that he easily was the workhorse in this backfield, seeing those 16 carries compared to just three for Kenneth Game. Well, now basically, since he's been back healthy for a few weeks, now he's been commanding this backfield rather easily. In fact, if we look over the last three weeks, Jailam Warren's role, he's averaging 18.3 opportunities per game and 14 fantasy points per game. During that stretch, he's been a top 20 back for fantasy. you can see from ryan heath over on twitter be sure to follow him over the last five games

j lamourne has seen a very strong and commanding 73% of the backfield carries seven out of eight carries

inside the 10 yard line obviously where a lot of those touchdowns like you saw last week you're

going to come from and he's the rb12 right now in terms of weighted opportunities during this five-week stretch. Meanwhile, during that time, Kenneth Gamel, who has had his own big games this year when Jay Lamour missed with injury. He's been a nice piece to this offense for Arthur Smith on that side of the ball. But you look at it during the same stretch of five games, Kenneth Gamble is only averaging 3.7 carries per game. I have it here in my notes, 3.5 fantasy points per game, a clear backup and a non-factor in this offense when it comes to fantasy football. So when you start to zoom out a little, this is the exact role that we want. 61% of the snaps and 64% of the opportunities is great, and this even factors in a game where he left early with Ind injury and a game where he returned from injury and wasn't clearly himself, right? This is a guy who right now, both of these rank inside the top 25, probably if you factor out those games due to injury, a top 15 running backs in terms of his opportunity this year. And when it comes to his efficiency, top 10 in yards created per touch. Per usual, this is a guy who's very efficient per touch. Five yards per touch is elite. It's a very strong number. You can basically look at anything right now and you're going to see quality numbers. His juke rate, he's always been able to break tackles. 25% of his touches have had a broken tackle on them. 18th best in the league amongst all running backs. So yes, for the most part, Jay Lamoran in past years, has kind of been this satellite back, was never able to take on a workhorse role. That's been changing the last four to six weeks this season, and I don't think anybody is really paying attention that closely to it and viewing him as like maybe a top 12 to 15 asset. And now what gets even more interesting is the upcoming schedule. Like if you're a

team fighting for a playoff spot or fighting for a first round by, which this week is probably going to be most teams in your league, especially if you're watching this video, matchups against the Bengals, the Bears upcoming, the Dolphins and the Ravens, four out of these six next matchups heading into the postseason and starting the fantasy postseason are great spots for Jay LaMoren. even in matchups at home where you're probably going to be an underdog against the bills, maybe on the road against the Chargers this week, we know Jay Lamoran is a great pass catching running back. And even in those matchups, Aaron Rogers could check it down to him maybe four to five times. And that helps you a ton in PPR and half PPR format. So Warren is somebody that I'm trying to buy right now. since he's coming off of a two touchdown game, it's not like you're going to get to buy low on him, but look at some of these deals.

Alvin Kamara for Jaylam Warren, sell Alvin Kamara immediately in his name value and go get Jay Lamoran. We scroll down a little bit more. I'm trading Jay Lamoran or I'm trying to get Jane Lemoorn and I will send Jordan Addison in exchange for him, Stefan Diggs. I'd even

said Teddrell McMillan at this point. These are all deals that have happened within the past 24 to

36 hours. So right now, Jaylen Warren, as you could just see, based on the recent deals for him, he is accessible. There are fair deals out there for him, see if you can acquire him. Now, similar things can be said for a veteran running back in J.K. Dobbins, who I liked this year, back to the tapes in August when he was a 10th round pick when he settled in he right when he

signed with the team he went to like in the eighth round i didn't really like that I liked this year. If you go back to the tapes in August, when he was a 10th round pick, when he settled in,

right when he signed with the team, he went to like in the 8th round, I didn't really like that. As a 10th round pick, this was an awesome play. I thought he was a good ad, and that's exactly what we've been seeing so far this year. Because despite this past week, he ended up having a pretty bad box score. you saw RJ Harvey find the end zone again after having a three touchdown game the previous week, right?

You're getting a lot of touchdowns for RJ Harvey.

But all the usage right now, 15 carries this past week compared to just two carries for RJ Harvey. It continues to be the J.K. Dobman show. Now, RJ Harvey's going to steal some headlines because he scored that touchdown. He caught five passes for 51 yards, which by all accounts, this was a very good receiving game for RJ Harvey, but it's skewing the perception of what's really been happening in this backfield, not only last week, but the entire season. Because Dobbins has still been the clear lead back. He's averaging 15 carries per game, which, believe it or not, is top five in the NFL. He currently is having 1.5 targets per game. So 16 and a half opportunities

per game so far this season. That's led to a very strong showing so far on the year of, let's pull

it up, top five in rushing. Yes, J.K. Dobbins with 77 rushing yards per game. He's been solid in

that regard. He's had four rushing touchdowns, a bunch of red zone carries, 12 fantasy points

per game. Everything has looked good for him, and despite being an older running back off of multiple injuries, he's still been highly efficient. Check this out. Dobbins is averaging five yards per touch, and he ranks top two in explosive run rate and breakaway runs this season. He's basically living in the range of like 10 to 14 fantasy points a week, despite this offence struggling and himself not finding the end zone all that much once one of those things

or maybe both turns around, this could be an 18 to 20 point per game running back. But I get it. Right now, somebody in your league probably looks at RJ Harvey scoring four touchdowns in the last two weeks and thinks that that means he's the new RB1 here, even though the usage this entire season has clearly been Dobbins. Dobbins seeing 64% of the backfield carries, even taken into

account these last couple of weeks where Harvey's gotten more fantasy points due to his touchdowns, but just 20% of the rush attempts for RJ Harvey. This is still a clear and obvious leadback role for J.K.
