store, in the grocery store at your kids pickup, at your gym, you see those of us who are a certain level of fitness and feel like that we all have it figured out. You know, we have abs and you see us in the videos with, you know, the bodies in the sun, gleaming sweat off of us, the movements look perfect. There's music on. We have the, you know, choreographed outfits, if you will, and things like, man, that person just has it figured out. They're just rolling it. It's really easy for them. It's so hard for me. I could never be that. And it couldn't be further from the truth. And I don't ever want to sell you guys on some pipe dream that things are easier than they are.

I also don't want to discourage you and make them sound like they're way harder than they are.

And I obviously love my life and what I do.
