It's been a long week, I think, because when I sat down to record this, I'm like, gosh, what do I need to catch people up on?

And it feels like I have lived a lifetime since I last talk to you guys. And the reason for that is because I got really sick after I last recorded a podcast, like just barely finished recording

it before I fell pretty sick to a stomach virus last weekend. So anyway, it was a horrible thing.

Last Sunday, I got so much done.

I was super efficient.

I did laundry and I did a workout.

Okay, so I did this strength training workout, which I do probably not that particular one,

but I do strength training two or three times a week. And when I was doing this particular one, but I do strength training, you know, two or three times a week.

And when I was doing this particular workout, certain ones of the moves, I was like, gosh,

this is really hard today. And that doesn't usually happen. I mean, I find it challenging and I try
