I used to care what people thought about me and what they said about me and my status of how smart I was and what kind of clothes I wore and my haircut and the car my parents drove and the neighborhood we lived |

I've never looked back. And I hope you guys get there one day as well. And I understand it's tough because we grew up in a world where we're always judging and we always think people are judging us and we're worried about things and we're holding on to things that aren't serving us. And it's difficult because we're accustomed to stress at this point in life. We worry about everyone and everything and the anxiety and the stress that becomes real for most of us. Probably, you know, in our middle school, high school, at least, you know, college or post college years. And a lot of people can't get out of their own fucking way. And what I want you guys to do is to listen to these seven things. And maybe you know them, maybe you don't. But I want you to actually integrate them in your life or at least think about them or at least be more mindful next time you catch yourself dragging yourself down. Because at the end of the day, it's us who are responsible for our success and our failures so what's that said number one fuck having the perfect body dude just let it go |
