Coming to you on a Tuesday here. We are talking five habits of healthy people. These are just five things that I believe that all healthy people follow. And I use the term healthy in quotes.

Because I think that means something different to all of us just like you know being fit

being in shape being ripped being big being lean being skinny means something different to

every single person and it's kind of an arbitrary thing the way we say it but I believe these are

our five things that you guys could follow to live a quote unquote healthy life meaning that

you're going to move better and feel better

in your overall quality of life whether that lasts another day or another 70 years is going to be

pretty amazing and it's really common sense stuff that you guys probably already know but a lot of

times it's nice to hear a reminder or it might be one or two things that you know you should do but you're not

currently doing or maybe you're like well i never thought of it that way and you can kind of integrate

this into your life right away and we get we get stuck in in patterns and routines and habits and

we get stuck in healthy ones or we get stuck in unhealthy ones and it's just as easy to let things

roll the wrong way as it is

to let them roll the right way. And a majority of healthy people didn't get there by some freak

accident or just dumb luck. They follow a specific set of rules, rituals, habits, and routines

in order to attain their health and more importantly keep it there. To keep that, you know, I'm a fit healthy person to own the status it's an accumulation of all the

rituals the dedication and the hard work that it goes into the person that you

guys see you know at the beach at the gym the person you work with you guys know

know the sayings you know we are what we eat I believe that you know to be 100% true I know you guys know the sayings, you know, we are what we eat. I believe that, you know, to be 100% true. I know you guys know it as well. I've talked about in a different podcast. You know, we are what we consume. I believe that in terms of food, in terms of friends, in terms of what we read, what we watch. And I believe it was, you know, the great Aristotle once said, you know, we are what we repeatedly

do. And, you know, it's tried and true you guys, you know, you know, for hundreds of years. And it's

still true to this very day. We are what we repeatedly do. And I'm not going to reinvent the wheel here.
