Walking is by far one of my favorite exercises. I think it's great for longevity.

My husband and I have been traveling now for about a month and a half.

Our journey through Europe is almost complete.

We've also been working and doing a ton of walking. And one of the ways we love to

explore is by just putting on our shoes and walking everywhere.

We started doing this about a year ago, actually last year when we traveled through Europe,

and we continued the habit once we got back to the states.

Using walking and a few other strategies that I've broken down in other episodes, together we

have been able to lose about 10 pounds each about 10 to 12 percent body fat I don't know because I don't test all the time

It's not that big of a deal like my body fit is not that big of a deal like I want to live my life

But it is nice to feel healthier and it is nice to use something

that's so gentle on your body to help you lose weight.
