the place buzzing with excitement.

We don't know if it's actually going to go down as a seven team train or not, but let me

be the bearer of, I guess, bad news.

If you're really excited about this and thinking, oh, my gosh, this is amazing.

The Lakers are going to get some big time player, Dore and Finney Smith is going to be signed and traded. And it's Cam Whitmore coming back. No, that's not the way any of this is sounding at all. In fact, there's really nothing new to this. It's not nearly as exciting as it sounds. This is the piece from the athletic that in this 17 trade, there is an unprecedented amount of detail.

But while the 17 trade would be thrilling topic at a cocktail party, this is the athletics.
