We are going to have a lot of fun on this episode as we are hitting into the heat of OTAs.

Adam and Mr. Phil, we're going to be talking about the seven signs that this Seahawks team

just might be legit contenders. Adam, how you doing, but? I'm doing great, man. This is going to be a

fun show because this is going to be stuff that we can talk about in terms of we're kind of

getting towards the end of the season. You're looking at this team thinking, is this legit? Like, are they like legit, legit good? And there's nothing more fun than talking about high ceilings, Phil. I know it's something you enjoy too. I know you're fired up. I'm excited just to be back on the show. I had to almost reintroduce myself to some of y'all. I think it's been since draft that I've been on here with y'all, but I'm very stoked to talk about Seahawks and what could be a possibility for this season. There's all kinds of ways this season could turn out, of course, but we're going to go ultimate positive today, so that should be fun. Yeah, it's going to be, it is going to be a lot of

Seahawk? And, you know, beauties in the eye of the beholder, some people were like, what do you mean by

important? And I was like, well, you decide who's the most important Seahawk in 2025, Phil, there is a

overweighted winner you can see on screen here. What do you, what do you think about the options?

And are you surprised by the results? Can you illuminate for the people that might be listening on

audio? It's almost like they read it like it was one of those where you have to click on the guy

that has a mustache to prove that you're not a robot because basically everybody chose the

stash and it's Gray Zabel.
