It's week 14 of the fantasy season. Your last chance to either get in the playoffs, get a buy, whatever it might take. This is the week to do it.

0:06.2

So in this video, we're going to break down seven running backs who have to be in your lineups. There must start running backs for week 14 fantasy football.

0:12.4

And let's start with Amarian Hampton, who's playing on Monday night football against the Eagles for the Chargers, their first round rookie running back, because based on all reports right now, Amarion Hampton is is expected and likely to return barring a setback for this game in week 14. As this tweet here from Yahoo says, he'll face the Eagles defense that just gave up 255 rushing yards to the Bears in week 13 on Black Friday. Okay. This is very important. And now, of course, there's going to be an asterisk. He had a break in his foot. This is a he's coming back in his first game will he be limited there's a chance that he is especially considering that since he's been out kamani vidal for the most part and the majority of his games has looked good rushed for a hundred yards in a majority of his games the last time we saw him he looked really good out there so there is some chance that they ramp back up a marion hampton but let's not get it twisted. Marian Hampton's a first round pick. He's highly talented. You probably spent a second or third round fantasy pick on him. If he's active this week, he's going to be in your lineups. And the last time that we saw him, he was just heating up and probably going to be a top 12 running back in fantasy. In his final three starts before injury, 21.8 fantasy points per game, six targets over 14 carries per game. He had an elite role of over 20 opportunities per game. He was averaging 120 total yards per game during that span. Of course, that was all before a foot injury, a break in his foot for a running back, which is very important, but he's back. He's ready. He's been out for two months, but now he's back and he has to be in your lineups. You can't just leave him on your bench when you've been waiting

0:21.6

two months for him to come back from this injury. Now, he's going to come back to a matchup that,

1:30.2

I'll be honest with you, it's not the greatest. He's going to be at home on Monday night, but he's taking on the Eagles.

1:33.3

And you might look at it and you might say,

1:37.3

oh, the last time the Eagles played on Friday,

1:38.7

on Black Friday in week 13,

1:41.0

they got gashed on the ground,

1:42.7

130 yards to Kamenungai,

1:43.7

125 yards from the Andre Swift.

1:45.3

Both of them found the end zone. They were dominating for six and seven yards per carry individually. I agree with all that, but the Chargers don't have Ben Johnson calling the offense, right? Who's been a great run game, or just offensive coordinator, but also calling the run game for the past four to

1:47.3

five years. They're going to have Jim Harbaugh and Greg Roman who are not the same type of creative play callers and using their personnel in certain ways and getting certain bodies on the field to match up with linebackers and safeties and defensive tackles like Ben Johnson was doing last week to take advantage of the Eagles. So I'm not going to come out here and necessarily say that this is like a great matchup.

2:00.8

It's nice that it's at home for Amari on Hampton,

2:18.3

but at the end of the day, we have tons of players on by this week. You have Christian McCaffrey on by. Obviously, it would be a fantasy starter. Rico Dottle on by, most likely would be a flex optioner RB2 for you. With all these players on by this week, I think it's pretty nice to say, or at least fair to say, that Amari and Hampton should be in your lineups just based on what we've seen from this guy the last three times he was healthy alone.

2:20.3

And even if you don't like what you saw the last three times, like this is not just a flash in the pen. It's not just that three game sample. This is a guy who in his final two years of college had 1,500 rushing yards, then 1,61060, averaging 6 yards per carry his final two seasons, can also catch passes, can also pass protect.

2:39.4

They've been waiting so long for him to come back. They had a buy week. They said he might come back in week 13. They gave him that extra week to ramp up in practice. I think he's going to be as healthy as he possibly can be at this point of the season coming off of this injury. I think they're probably going to give him minimum of a dozen. and if he looks good, similar to Buck Ewerving this past week, just load him up with nearly 20 touches. And if that's the case as a three-point underdog at home, you might even add some targets and receptions in there. Like I said, before the injury, he was averaging about six targets per game. So I consider him a must start this week if he's indeed active. The same thing can be said for Kyleman Ongai, the seventh round rookie running back out of Rutgers

2:53.9

that we just talked about how he had a big week last week against the Eagles, 130 rushing yards, team high 22 carries, average six yards per carry, found the end zone. And it's not like this was just some random blip on the radar. We know that he had that big game a couple of weeks back when DeAndre Swift was out, but it's not just these two games.

3:24.9

He's had a very strong season since the by week,

3:38.9

specifically these past five weeks for Chicago.

3:41.3

If you start to look at

3:43.5

his performances during that time, you can see right here. I mean, he's finished as an RB12, right? An RB3, that was the game where DeAndre Swift is out. He put up a whopping 198 yards. then 10 fantasy points, 10 fantasy points, top 24 RB in back-to-back weeks, and 8, and 19 fantasy
