This is the rant.

Week one's about to kick off tomorrow night, man.

I know. It's exciting. It's very exciting. But I do think the last podcast, if you didn't listen to that episode, it's a really, really important episode as we head into the season.

And in some ways, it deals with today's topic as well, because as you can see, we're going to

talk about some running backs who could disappoint in week one. Now, just because you disappoint

in week one doesn't mean you're going to be a disappointing player. I'll give you two players

who disappointed in week one last year who were not disappointing players when it was all

said and done, Chase Brown and Bucking Irving. Last year, they ended up pretty good.

The weight was very long for Bucky Irving.

It wasn't as long for Chase Brown,

but you wouldn't have thought they would have blown up

if you took Week 1 as your entire sample size.

But it's a small sample.

Week 1 doesn't really tell us a whole heck of a lot of anything.

Week 1, these players are out there for the first time for a full game since the previous season.

Some of these guys for the first time ever as professionals, you know, they're coming from the college level.

So they're shaking the rust off. They're, you know, kind of getting their

legs back underneath of them. And a lot of things that happened at week one really aren't going to
