it's always interesting to hear what our naturally frugal friends

think about spending their money, where they spend,

where they don't spend.

So I went on Instagram and asked,

if you call yourself frugal, where is one store, one place, company, website that you refuse to spend money. Because as spenders, y'all. I mean, we're kind of like, well, I don't know, we'll just see what happens. But those frugal people, they have convictions, and we want to hear it. So the answers were so fascinating. So as I expected, there were definitely some common themes, some answers that were being repeated over and over again.

So we compiled a list, a top seven list of the answers that you gave, you frugal people out there, where you will not spend money.

correctly. All right. Number seven. Ready for this? Nordstrom slash Macy's. Yeah, you frugal people

do not like large department stores because you're like, man, there was some shade out there.

You were like, no thank you. I will never shop there because a lot of people said that they can buy from like mall brands second hands.

And you can.

I mean, whether it's Calvin Klein orugs or whatever you want, if it is on sale at your local department store,

you could still go to Poshmark or Goodwill, all of that, and be able to find what you need.

All right. Number six, anthropology slash free people. So did you know that these two brands are

actually under the same owner and with urban outfitters? Yeah. And a lot of people, you know,

are like, oh my gosh, I wish I could shop there. But I won't. I won't. And listen, I get it because their prices are pretty high. They are. And so for the quality you get, and is it overpriced, because you get something kind of similar at a cheaper price, you know, people have their convictions, what they want. But a lot of people, yeah, I sell anthropology a lot in the answer. So people will not shop there, mostly because of the prices. Number five, Sephora. So, Sephora was in there for sure at number five. And, man, it was a big no. People were not falling for all the masks and the serums and the oils and the makeup, like all of it. They're like, no, there are so

many non-essential things that you can spend money on in that store and I'm going to skip it. And I will say, if you're trying to pay off debt, you know, or save money, this is a place that you could skip and you could be okay. Maybe you have like one or two creams that you use, you know, maybe for the eyes or whatever you need. But it is elaborate. And it is. Like when I go in,

it's very overwhelming. If I have to buy anything, I usually do it online because I went to the store recently and I'm like, oh my gosh. And I even got suckered in to buy in like a little blush kit. And I was like, shoot. But I did. And I'm a spender, right? But man, it could just keep going, going, going, going. So I like that frugal people

are like, nope, just stay away. Number three, I did and I'm a spender right but man it could just keep going going going so I like that frugal people
