Hey guys, in this video we're going to talk about the seven foods you must never, ever

Number one, orange juice, and this might shock you, but here's what happens.

They pasteurize orange juice, which is they cook it, they destroy anything in it, and

you don't get a lot of vitamin C. It's just sugar water, and you're just going to spike
