What is up fire nation I'm actually learning to fly helicopter. I'm going to be a helicopter pilot soon I've always loved helicopters and I love flying and being in Hawaii I mean that's going to be a great place of no how to fly helicopters if Magnum PI was true yeah definitely.

The first thing that I think a lot of people just don't know is that like that's an option I think a lot of people just don't set their goals they aren't clear with what their goals are it's definitely harder to do a seven figure business without any employees so it it was really intentional on my part you know I know I suck at management and I I don't like the the constrictions of having to be you know having a you know having to report to you.

I'm having to report to employees or investors so I really was cognizant about not hiring employees for anything as my business grew and once you really set that intention.

I believe you can make the other things fall in place there's so much technology and other automation things nowadays so there's a couple things I want to say fire nation about this John made the comment it's harder to create a seven figure business.

I'm having to do a seven figure business with out employees and it's so true but you have to think about the other end of the spectrum fire nation because you'll have people that'll talk to you and they're saying oh yeah I'm running a seven figure business like my business made three million dollars last year I really tell me more about your business oh yeah well I have 37 employees and about 10 independent contractors and this and that and you start like doing the math in your head and you're like what's your net profit at the end of the year and if they were really breaking it down for you like what they actually paid in taxes at the end of the year.

They might be making like 40 60 80 a buck 10 a year they're not making seven figures a year their business is grossing seven figures a year but when you take away all those employees all those expenses all that jazz they're not making seven figures a year that's why I love the business that Kate and I've created myself Kate three virtual assistance and a couple independent contractors that we use for like Web dev and Greg and I'm going to do that.

We have and graphic design that's the business we chose to create and guess what we net seven figures a year now guess what we could potentially grow a business to 10 30 60 employees and you know if some people want to do that they can absolutely do that there's
