So as we begin, take a deep breath and quiet your heart as we become aware of God's loving presence around us and within us.

Today's reading comes from Ephesians chapter 1 verses 18 to 20.

I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know

his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength

that he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead. So let's begin by reciting God's goodness, praising him for who he is and for what he has done in our lives.
