and it's deja vu deja vu all over again and this is a lawsuit against uh

McDonald's for product that's too hot and burn someone and lawsuits are filed okay this is a kid

who uh went uh through uh i guess he and his family went through the drive-through,

and you got a happy meal, the chicken McNuggets, happy meal,

and the kid grabs the happy meal, grabs the McNuggets, and gets burned.

Second-degree burns, pretty pretty hot to say the least.

And so the family sues McDonald's,

and McDonald's is defending, saying,

come on, would you guess that happy meal McNuggets

or anytime McNuggets are served up, they're going to be hot.
