If the hunting of Christians were to continue,

and they came into your sphere of influence,

would your faith be forward enough

that those who know you would engage with you

would be concerned that they think you're a high-profile target?

If the answer to that is no, when the Lord returns, why do you

imagine he should look for you? He said, if we deny him before people, he'll deny us before the

father. I don't want you to be weird or bizarre, but I do want us to understand that you can't be

a covert Christ follow.

I truly do.

At a time when it would perhaps have been easier to stay away,

I think one of the most important things you can do is present yourself in public as a Christ follower.

And I don't say that trying to increase attendance numbers or, but I think when we see the events that we watch this week unfold, it is beyond significant that we stand together in public ways, that we rearrange our calendars and our schedules

and our habits and our patterns to be sure we identify with Christ.
