| 0:45.3 | potentially so many times that it becomes habitual and commonplace, |

| 0:55.0 | for just one moment before dismissing its importance. What are our choices |
| 0:59.4 | when our cups have run dry? Now I know you might not be able to relate to that right now because |
| 1:06.1 | burning yourself out may seem as though it'll just never happen but trust me |
| 1:11.0 | giving up too much of ourselves has a way of catching up to everyone eventually. |
| 1:17.0 | And then, what do we do without any resources left to support us when we need it most. |
| 1:24.4 | To help illustrate this idea, let's think about a smartphone. |
| 1:28.1 | The time it takes for the battery to be drained is directly related to the amount it's used. It's related to the amount it's used. |
| 1:33.0 | It's related to the amount of power different apps required to function effectively. |
| 1:38.0 | The more we use, the quicker the battery drains. |
| 1:41.0 | But we can easily recharge our phones. |
| 1:44.9 | But what about our body? |
| 1:46.7 | What about our mind? |
| 1:48.2 | The same thing can happen to us. |
| 1:50.3 | We can give too much of ourselves, |
| 1:52.3 | use up the little battery we have and get drained but |
| 1:56.0 | recharging isn't as simple and that's why having a habit a routine of self-care is so important. |
