before you start working with that company.

It's kind of like getting a new puppy for the first time.

Like, we just got Baby Grover here a few months ago.

I didn't know the first thing about getting a puppy or a mini-pincher and that's the

little guy that I got here and when you start investing in real estate you have a series of

questions you need answered the same with getting a puppy right how big are they going to get are they good with kids do they have a lot of energy

Are they how do they handle the cold weather the list goes on and on the same thing is true of a real estate investing company.

Remember, there is no perfect real estate investment,

but of course you can minimize your risks

if you follow this checklist that we're about to lay out for you here on today's video.
