of us who tend to lean towards the people-pleasy type of defense mechanism and those of us who are empaths and

just feel so much. You know, I was definitely in that camp. Feeling so much and taking on other

people's emotions so much, it can be so hard to wrap our heads around why there are some people that will

deliberately hurt others and just trying to understand how that could even happen. And I hope

that today's episode will help shed some light on maybe a different perspective that we can

definition of a narcissistic personality disorder. It's an inflated ego, an inflated self,

an inflated sense of importance, an excessive deep need for admiration and attention from

others, having troubled, difficult relationships,

use of manipulative tactics, and the lack of empathy for others.
