Now today in this podcast, I want to talk about goal setting and give you some specific thoughts and processes to make sure that you know the type of goals you're going to achieve and really to be able to get your unconscious mind to also know what your goals are because there's one thing wanting a goal, but it's another

thing allowing your whole mind and body to know it.

And most of the time we don't always know the type of goal that we want.

We say things such as, well, I don't want to be more in debt.

Well, that's not a goal.

That's really focusing more on debt, isn't it?

Or I don't want another bad

relationship. Or I don't want to still be unhealthy or overweight. You're focusing on the things

that you don't want. And unfortunately, at an unconscious level, the unconscious mind ultimately

just takes that on and has that image in the mind and thinks that's really the goal.

Now, by no means is that our intention, but that's how our body picks things up.

I mean, let's just take a small metaphor.

If you were walking by and someone says, whatever you do, don't look behind you,

or if you're up high, don't look down, you have an urge to look in those things where you don't look behind you or if you're up high don't look down you have an urge to look in

those things where you don't want to go so your mind and body is the exact same type of

things so when you say I don't want to be more in debt what image do you have in your

mind I'm gonna guess you're gonna be seeing images thoughts and feelings of more in debt. If we take

relationships and we say, well, I don't want to be, or I don't want to have another bad

relationship. When you think of that, I don't want to have another bad relationship. What image

comes to mind? Now, it's going to be a bad relationship. I don't want to have more poor health. You're focusing on poor health.

So it's really about changing our focus and focusing on where we want to go.

It's about changing the inner thoughts in our mind and our inner feelings so we're actually attracted to what we want to do.
